Vicks Mist Humidifier
Once you decide to get a Vicks mist humidifier in your house, you will provide a helpful device that will make your breathing easier, clear congestion and reduce dryness in your lungs. They are great option for the areas that lack humidity, due to the fact that they give moisture when the air is dry in the winter. However, they are very easy to install and maintain.
Instructions:
Step 1
Put the Vicks mist humidifier on a flat surface, far away from any furniture or walls. Furthermore, the cord of the humidifier should be placed where there is no risk of stepping on it or tripping over.
Step 2
Check whether you have unplugged the Vicks Humidifier and remove the water tank from the humidifier base.
Step 3
Turn the cap of the water tank counterclockwise and open it. Fill it with clean, lukewarm tap water and change the cap. Don’t use hot water. Let the cap is twisted tightly in order to prevent any leaks.
Step 4
Set the water tank on the base and dry your hands carefully with a towel.
Step 5
Check that the power switch is in the “Off” position. Plug the cool mist humidifier into the wall outlet.
Step 6
Choose the desired humidity setting and then turn the switch. If you want to increase the humidity level, the knob should go clockwise. The humidifier is working when a green light appears.
Step 7
Set the Vicks mist humidifier in any room in the house in which the moisture level is low. It is especially recommended to use a humidifier in areas that have dry climates.
Step 8
Your humidifier should be cleaned every week by wiping the parts with warm water and white vinegar. Always unplug the Vicks Humidifier before you want to clean it.
